    In small-floor building areas, the following shall be permitted in each land unit:

    - construction of one single dwelling dwelling house;

    - the construction of one or two apartment residential houses;

    - construction of one house of three or more apartments;

    - the construction of one household shared by different social groups;

    - construction of a single pre-school educational establishment building;

    - single schools, building construction;

    - the construction of one retail building, with the exception of service stations and gas stations;

    - construction of one hotel building;

    - construction of one sports building;

    - the construction of one sports structure other than the car and motto tracks or the horse riding track;

    - construction of a single office building;

    - construction of a single restaurant, cafe or bar building;

    - the construction of one or more structures related to public outdoor improvement

    The following building requirements shall be observed in small-floor building areas:

    - the area of the newly constructed unit of land shall be not less than 1200 m 2.

    - the minimum front of the unit of land is 15 metres,

    - the maximum height of the building height of 12 metres from the ground plantation mark on the street facade or entrance side to the roof or the upper edge of the parapet (reciprocally incorporated roofs);

    - the maximum number of surface floors of 3 floors;

    - the maximum building density of the unit of land does not exceed 40% of the area of the unit of land in the construction of a single residential house and a residential house of two apartments - 30%;

    - free area - 20% of the area of the unit of land, building a residential house of one apartment and a residential house of two apartments - 40%;

    -. the free area, in a unit of land with pre-school buildings, not less than the floor area of that institution;
